Download phantom wallet on the appstore or any other solana based wallets. For desktop users install the phantom chrome extension by going to phantom.app.

If you dont already have solana in your wallet, you can buy some directly through Phantom wallet or on an exchange like Binance or Coinbase then send it to your phantom wallet.

Go to jup.ag/swap in your browser or in the browser within your Phantom wallet. Connect your wallet to Jupiter and paste the $EPEP token address into Jupiter, select Epep and confirm.

Swap your solana for $EPEP. Enter the amount of solana you want to swap to Epep on jupiter, hit confirm. Phantom will prompt you for a signature, sign it. Now youre all set. Just like that you will see $EPEP in your phantom wallet within seconds!
